Manufacturing Engineer – Precision in Practice
In a world where detail defines the outcome, this team is hand-building specialist vehicles with uncompromising standards. They’re looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to help shape how these unique vehicles are brought to life.
This isn’t high-volume manufacturing — it’s low-volume, high-detail work that demands clarity, precision, and engineering discipline.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll take on a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer role, creating and refining the documentation and technical foundations that allow the build process to run smoothly. From early-stage concept development to ensuring accuracy in production, you’ll help define how things are built, not just what gets built.
Key responsibilities include:
Writing, producing, and maintaining Technical Documentation
Supporting and developing CAD models and drawings for production
Managing and maintaining BOMs (Bills of Materials)
Creating and reviewing Process Instructions and Standard Operating Procedures
Supporting Design Reviews with process input
Assisting in Product Traceability and documentation control
Contributing to continuous improvement across safety, quality, and efficiency
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for a Manufacturing Engineer who thrives on accuracy, enjoys structured thinking, and has the drive to turn engineering concepts into practical process documents. Ideally, you’ll have:
Experience producing high-quality technical documentation
Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., CATIA, NX, Solid Works, or similar)
Experience with BOM creation and management
Understanding of low-volume or specialist build environments
Exposure to safe working practices and quality standards
Flexibility to travel within the UK on occasion may also be required.
Why Join?
Because this is more than a job. It’s a chance to contribute to a workshop where engineering is as much about craft as it is about calculation. A place where detail is everything, and process is the backbone of quality.
If you’ve been waiting for an opportunity that values precision, clarity, and engineering discipline — this could be it.
