Position Details
Team Member (Night Shift) – Daventry
Hours Per Week: 40
Pay: £12.84 – £13.84 per hour
Night Rate: £13.84 per hour (23:00–06:00)
About the RoleAs a Team Member, you will be key to ensuring customers feel welcomed and comfortable, helping to create the atmosphere necessary for an outstanding gaming experience. The role involves maintaining the venue's quality, monitoring customer behaviour, administering tasks accurately, and supporting promotions.
Responsibilities- Ensure housekeeping standards: clean gaming equipment, floors, walls, and other surfaces.
- Provide service rounds and refreshments in line with brand guidelines.
- Monitor customer actions and behaviours, flagging suspicious or disruptive conduct.
- Assist with administration tasks to 100% accuracy.
- Support promotion execution to ensure success.
- Deliver customer service in line with company standards, achieving customer satisfaction.
- Resolve problems, escalating as per complaints policy.
- Log customer interactions during shifts as required.
- Maintain personal presentation and adhere to brand dress code.
- Share product knowledge with customers to enhance their journey.
- Understand company policies on safeguarding and challenge 25 (if applicable).
- Inhibit harassment, victimisation, or discrimination against employees, management, or customers on grounds of race, sex, disability, age, sexual orientation, religion or belief.
- Experience in retail, hospitality, or gambling environments.
- Track record of delivering excellent customer service.
- Willingness to learn, develop and adapt.
- Flexible and dedicated, able to work on a rota basis including weekends and bank holidays.
- Attention to detail.
- Industry and compliance training will be provided.
