Independent Review Activities Perform a technical assessment of the regulatory framework governing Fee Tariff Data reporting and its application within the Bank. Assess the interpretation and implementation of relevant FCA requirements, considering regulatory intent and prevailing industry practices. Evaluate the end-to-end reporting process, including methodologies, calculation approaches, data sourcing and key judgements applied. Review the supporting control environment, governance oversight, documented procedures and evidential artefacts underpinning the submission process.

Highlight areas of regulatory, operational or reporting risk, including opportunities to enhance controls, consistency and reporting resilience. Deliver practical observations and recommendations to strengthen the overall reporting framework and support effective compliance management. Provide SME insight and challenge across key reporting decisions, assumptions and methodologies to support management's assessment of reporting accuracy and completeness.
