Recruitment Services is seeking a Housing Enforcement Officer to join the Private Sector Housing Services within West Northamptonshire Council. The role is hybrid, with 2–3 days in the office and fieldwork as required.
You will lead inspections, draft enforcement notices, and work with partners to ensure licensed HMOs meet standards and that civil penalties are used where appropriate. A strong HHSRS background and full UK driving licence are essential.
