The role

This is a field-based sales role covering the Midlands and the North of England, focused on managing and developing strong customer relationships, supporting/ leading assessments, and growing territory performance.

Key responsibilities
  • Promote and sell Baffin’s product range across your territory
  • Minimum 2 years’ sales experience in similar products/sector (medical, disability, rehab, mobility, orthopaedic or comparable). Physiotherapy experience would be an advantage.
  • Manage, develop and grow existing accounts, while identifying new opportunities
  • Build long-term relationships and create strong communication between customers and the business
  • Arrange and support product demonstrations and assessments
  • Represent Baffin at exhibitions and industry events (trade shows, conferences, etc.)
  • Manage your pipeline, follow-ups and order process
  • Work Monday to Friday (occasional flexibility may be required)

What we’re looking for
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional, proactive attitude
  • Strong organisation and ability to plan your week effectively
  • Confidence-building relationships and providing a high standard of customer support
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Experience in medical devices/disability equipment
  • Experience working with a variety of physical, muscular and neurological disabilities would be beneficial.
