Occupational Therapist

Total Assist Recruitment is currently recruiting an experienced Occupational Therapist to join a specialist healthcare service in Clacton-on-Sea . This is an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive multidisciplinary team, providing high-quality occupational therapy to service users within a specialist mental health setting.

The Role As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for:
Assessing service users’ occupational needs and developing personalised treatment plans Delivering individual and group-based occupational therapy interventions Supporting service users to develop independence and achieve their therapeutic goals Working collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team Completing assessments, reports and clinical documentation Contributing to care planning and risk management Supporting the delivery and development of the occupational therapy service Requirements Degree or recognised qualification in Occupational Therapy Current HCPC registration Previous experience within mental health, rehabilitation or a similar clinical setting is desirable Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team A compassionate and person-centred approach
