Sales Director

What You'll Do:

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to increase occupancy rates and revenue.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event planners.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Oversee contract negotiations and manage key accounts.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns.
• Ensure seamless coordination between sales, revenue management, and operations.
• Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.

• Proven experience as a Director of Sales or in a senior hotel sales role.
• Strong leadership and team management  knowledge of the hospitality industry and sales strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to analyze data and make data‑driven decisions offrent.
• Proficiency in CRM Phoenix and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
