The Sales Intelligence Analyst is responsible for managing and optimising Salesforce CRM while delivering accurate reporting, analysis and commercial insights that support business growth.

Working closely with the Commercial, Sales and Marketing teams, the role will ensure data integrity, develop meaningful dashboards and reports, identify sales trends and opportunities, and provide recommendations that improve sales performance, customer engagement and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce & CRM Management

• Maintain the accuracy, integrity and effectiveness of the Salesforce CRM database.
• Develop, maintain and improve Salesforce dashboards, reports and analytics.
• Monitor data quality and implement processes to improve CRM governance.
• Identify opportunities to enhance Salesforce functionality, workflows and automation.
• Provide user support, guidance and training on Salesforce best practices.

Sales Intelligence & Reporting
