• Goods Receipt
  :
  Serve as the crucial link by efficiently receiving parts, managing the goods-in process, and ensuring smooth communication throughout.
• Quality Control
  :
  Carefully check and verify incoming goods, promptly notifying the purchasing team of any discrepancies to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Precision Storage
  :
  Ensure all parts are accurately placed into our storage facility, maintaining organisation and ease of access for the team.
• Parts Picking & Kitting
  :
  Pick parts with precision, whether as individual items or in kits, and ensure that every part is presented in a manner that reflects the companies’ high standards.
• Error-Free Barcode Management
  :
  Utilise a barcode stock control system with zero tolerance for errors, ensuring flawless inventory tracking.
• Professional Packaging
  :
  Bag, label, and package parts with care, ensuring all items are properly protected, clearly identified, and securely placed on trolleys with a detailed manifest.
• Audit & Issue Resolution
  :
  Conduct regular audits to maintain accuracy and proactively resolve or elevate any issues that arise, ensuring swift and effective solutions.
• Shortage Reporting
  :
  Accurately complete and report any shortages, contributing to the smooth operation of the supply chain.
• Maintain a Clean & Safe Environment
  :
  Uphold housekeeping duties with diligence and actively follow Health & Safety guidelines to promote a safety-first culture within the warehouse.

• Experience with warehouse management systems and stock control systems for example SAP/Sage etc.
• Previous warehouse experience
• Strong numerical literacy
• Ideally, experience with Automotive parts and accessories (or other niche manufacturing)
• Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Ability to do manual handling and regular heavy lifting.
• Strong data analysis skills to support decision-making
• Effective problem solver with a logical approach
