Pay Rate: £31,480.00 (plus £3,015.00 per year with the shift premium)

Shift patterns: Four On, Four Off, rotational shift pattern days and nights – 6 am until 6 pm and then 6 pm until 6 am
Location: DHL Wetherspoons, Daventry, NN11 8NF

We're now looking for a Transport First Line Manager to take the helm of our daily transport operations.

• Oversee our daily transport operations, ensuring timely and efficient deliveries to our customers.
• Develop and implement transport strategies that enhance efficiency and drive success.
• Uphold the highest safety standards and compliance regulations, creating a safe and secure workplace for everyone.
• Develop, engage and inspire your team, creating an environment where every colleague can do their best.

• Lead from the front, winning hearts and minds and providing coaching and mentorship.
• Have excellent organisational and problem‑solving skills.
• Previous people‑management experience.
• Previous transport experience is ideal but not essential.
