Fitness Sales Manager

What your role will be

Working at the facility you will provide a line manager role supporting the Membership Advisors to maximise on every opportunity. You will work to set KPIs and targets, and meet with the team on a regular basis to monitor performance and ensure that the team are supported in line with our spirit values.

You will manage the team with the philosophy that everyone is a member, looking at how our client can convert users to members. You will develop a high level of customer service and ensure excellence at all times, empowering your team to become subject‑matter experts with supreme knowledge of all aspects of the facilities and the customers’ needs. This will include ensuring that administration and systems are kept up to date and compliant.

The successful applicant will have experience working within membership management, sales management or consulting. You will need excellent communication skills, as you will be required to liaise with external and internal customers and staff. You must be able to demonstrate, at interview, your excellent customer service skills and experience, and your ability to get the best out of your team and to motivate and drive a sales team to success.
