Leading from the front in this role , your day to day duties would include, but not limited to:
- Compiling staff rotas.
- Dealing with leave requests and arranging cover when necessary
- Planning workloads.
- Allocating tasks and monitoring progress against targets
- Briefing teams on new initiatives, changes to targets and company news
- Maintaining safety standards
- Training staff and ensuring training is up to date
- Ensuring that quality standards are upheld
- Conducting performance reviews
- Customer liaison
- Overseeing business audits
Previous supervisory experience is essential as well as previous MHE use such as PPT or FLT.
SAP knowledge is advantageous.
