Production Operative Nights

Overview

Production Operative – Night Shift (Monday to Thursday, 18:00 to 06:00).

Salary: £16.21 per hour to £19.45 per hour. Enhanced overtime. Excellent earning potential and opportunity to gain new skills.

Our client based in Daventry is one of the UK's leading suppliers in their sector, supplying products to a diverse range of markets and industries. They are recruiting Production Operatives to work within their well established manufacturing facility in Daventry on Night Shift.

• Work on a production line, ensuring the product is completed from start to finish.
• Prepare the finished product for distribution.
• Occasionally perform physical changes of tool settings.
• Carry out other duties as required.

• Comfortable with heavy lifting as some work can be heavy.
• Trained on multiple roles and types of equipment; pay will rise in line with new skills learned.
• Good spoken and written English skills.
• Reliable with a good work ethic and keen to learn new skills within a manufacturing environment.
