TIG Welder / Fabricator - Permanent Role

£16.00 - £17.00 per hour DOE | Daventry, Northamptonshire | Monday - Friday | Overtime available

• TIG welding of high-precision components and assemblies
• Working with stainless steel, aluminium, and titanium materials
• Producing clean, high-quality welds with strong visual standards
• Reading and working accurately from engineering drawings
• Supporting both prototype and production work
• Working to tight tolerances in a quality-focused environment
• Maintaining high housekeeping and safety standards throughout

• Strong TIG welding experience (all levels considered)
• Confident reading engineering drawings
• High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Reliable, consistent and quality-driven approach
• Experience in automotive, motor sport, aerospace or precision engineering environments advantageous
• Titanium welding experience highly desirable (top end rate consideration)
• Aluminium welding experience also beneficial

• £16.00 - £17.00 per hour DOE
• Weld test prior to offer
