Join a dynamic manufacturing team as a Production Operative. This hands‑on role involves day‑to‑day manufacturing and warehouse operations, ensuring safe, efficient production while meeting quality standards and daily targets.

• Handle, assemble, and process products within manufacturing and production processes.
• Adhere to all Health & Safety procedures, policies, and risk assessments.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation within production areas.
• Operate computer systems including Navision, Excel, and Windows.
• Follow material requisition orders and production schedules.
• Carry out chemical wash, cleaning, packing, and overflow production tasks.
• Undertake stud welding and spot‑welding operations once trained.
• Accurately select, label, and prepare products for dispatch.
• Update basic production, damage, and scrap records.
• Meet daily production targets and deadlines.
• Support stock movements, dispatch documentation, and courier labelling.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
• Assist in other warehouse areas as operational needs require.

• Previous production or warehouse experience desirable (training provided).
• Awareness of Health & Safety.
• Good attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
• Willingness to learn and follow processes.
