ACS-Recruitment is seeking a Robot Welding Team Leader in Daventry to oversee daily robotic welding operations, ensuring safety, quality and on-time production. The role involves leading a team, setting up welding systems, and driving process improvements in a structured manufacturing environment.
The position is Monday–Thursday 7am–5:15pm and Friday 7am–1pm, with a salary noted as £18 per hour (£42,120 per annum). Previous experience with MIG welding and robotic welding equipment is essential.
