Production Operatives Daventry (Heartlands) £13.37 p/hour (£22.19 p/hour OT
) Rotating AM / PM shift (06:00–13:45 and 13:30–21:15, early finish on Fridays). Urgent:

We are looking for 2 experienced production operatives to work within a very fast‑paced factory in the Daventry area. You will work with large commercial printing machines, topping up inks, changing plates and paper rolls. The environment is fast paced and busy – imagine a pit‑crew operating in Formula1 racing.

Ideal candidates have production experience, are team‑focused, reliable and can adapt quickly. This role provides competitive pay, enhanced OT rate, excellent facilities, cross‑training on other departments and job security that may lead to a permanent position.
