The ROLE
The Operations Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the manufacturing business. This is an all encompassing genuine Operations Manager position - As such you will have

Warehouse
Facilities & Maintenance
Health, Safety & Compliance
Continuous Improvement
Leadership & People Management
The CANDIDATE
Proven experience in an Operations Manager/Production Manager/Manufacturing Manager position
Automotive background
Strong knowledge of production planning and supply chain processes.
Experience managing multiple departments and supervisors.
NEBOSH qualification.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
