• Position Type: Full-time, Temporary-to-Permanent (36 month contract before transitioning to perm)

• Salary/Rate: £15 - £20 per hour + Time & a Half Overtime

Our client is a well-established, specialist tubular engineering and fabrication company based in Daventry. Operating with a tight-knit, skilled team of around 30 people, they pride themselves on high-quality precision engineering and a supportive working environment. Due to a strong pipeline of work, they are looking for an experienced Welder Fabricator to join their workshop immediately.

This is a hands-on workshop role focusing on high-quality tubular fabrication. You will be working on a variety of projects, including bespoke handrails and manifolds, executing tube-on-tube welds and fitting-to-tube fabrications.

• Materials: Primarily mild steel, with occasional stainless steel and aluminium.
• Thickness/Gauge: Light to medium gauge fabrication, typically between 1.5mm and 2mm.
• Sizing: Working with diameters ranging from 10mm up to 4.
• Quality Standards: High-precision work finished components must withstand rigorous pressure testing up to 4,000 PSI.
