Working Pattern:
Any 5 days out of 7, including weekends as required.
We are currently recruiting reliable and hardworking Recycling Operatives to join our team, with immediate starts available on tomorrow.
The Role:As a Recycling Operative, you will be responsible for supporting the daily recycling operation, ensuring materials are processed efficiently and work is completed within the required deadlines. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that requires candidates who are physically fit, motivated, and able to work efficiently as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:- Baling cardboard and preparing recyclable materials for processing.
- Moving and sorting recycling materials around the warehouse.
- Keeping the working area clean, tidy, and organised.
- Following all health and safety procedures.
- Working efficiently to meet daily targets and deadlines.
- Supporting the wider team to ensure the smooth running of the operation.
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Physically fit and able to carry out manual tasks.
- Able to follow instructions and work well as part of a team.
- Motivated, with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Flexible to work any 5 days out of 7.
- Competitive pay rate of £13.69 and £14.85 per hour.
- Consistent shift patterns.
