Location:

Daventry, Northamptonshire.

Salary: £40,000 – £48,000 per annum.

• Own 3 key client accounts with full campaign responsibility.
• Plan seasonal campaigns, manage budgets, and write B2B/B2C press releases.
• Source and manage influencers, support social campaigns, and organise events.
• Deliver client updates, reporting, and analysis.

• Strong B2C marketing experience – practical, hands‑on, and consumer‑focused.
• Extremely organised, forward‑thinking, and methodical.
• Comfortable tackling all areas – not too posh to pack kits.
• Likely has experience as a standalone marketing lead or in a small business role.
• Loyal, career‑focused, and looking for the right move.
