We have teamed up to help support a well- established and growing business based in Daventry.
We are on the lookout for a Sales Support Trainee who has a passion for motor sports to become a part of our client’s family-run business. Our client is a specialist in the metal and plastic industry and is now looking for someone to bring into the team to help support their growing business.

** Please note that this role may involve some manual handling of metal tubes, bars, and sheets. *
* Work Hours:

Monday to Friday- 08:30-17:00

Key Responsibilities:

* Handling customers enquires via email and telephone
 
* Preparing and issuing customer quotations
 
* Creating purchase orders for stock and back-to-back orders
 
* Liaising with sales and warehouse team to ensure timely order dispatch
 
* Accurately checking and referencing incoming and outgoing documentations

Key Requirements:

* Strong verbal and written communication skills
 
* High attention to detail
 
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
 
* Willingness to learn
 
* Excellent computer literacy
 
* No cold calling
