• Maintain the accuracy, integrity and effectiveness of the Salesforce CRM database.
• Develop, maintain and improve Salesforce dashboards, reports and analytics.
• Monitor data quality and implement processes to improve CRM governance.
• Identify opportunities to enhance Salesforce functionality, workflows and automation.
• Provide user support, guidance and training on Salesforce best practices.
• Analyse sales pipeline performance, forecasts, conversion rates and key KPIs.
• Produce regular sales reports, dashboards and management information.
• Analyse customer behaviour, sales trends and market performance to identify opportunities.
• Support territory planning, customer segmentation and sales target setting.
• Evaluate dealer and distributor performance through data analysis.
