We are looking for confident, motivated and personable Lead Generation Executive to join a busy team in Daventry. The role involves making outbound calls to potential customers, generating new leads, booking appointments and maintaining accurate customer records. The ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills, a positive telephone manner and the resilience to work towards targets. Previous call centre, telesales or customer service experience would be beneficial, but a proactive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
The Role ;
* Make outbound calls to potential customers.
* Generate new leads and identify business opportunities.
* Book appointments and arrange follow-up calls.
* Build rapport with customers and maintain a professional telephone manner.
* Record call outcomes and update customer information accurately.
* Follow call scripts and campaign guidelines.
* Work towards individual and team targets.
* Maintain a positive, professional and persistent approach.
Our Ideal Candidate;
* Excellent communication and telephone skills.
* A confident, friendly and professional manner.
* Good organisational and administration skills.
* Basic IT skills, including data entry.
* A target-driven attitude and willingness to learn.
* Previous experience in telesales, lead generation or a call centre is desirable but not essential.
