Farmfoods Ltd is seeking an experienced Driver Trainer for our Daventry distribution centre. The role focuses on delivering practical and classroom training for Class 1 (C+E) drivers, assessing competence and supporting recruitment and development across the driver workforce.
You will conduct interviews and driving assessments, deliver inductions, and promote safe, legal, and fuel-efficient driving practices in line with company standards. Induction starts August.
