Transport Operator.
Weare recruiting for an experienced Transport Operator to join our client based in the heart of Daventry.
Monday-Friday
06:00-15:00
£16.20 p/h
Temp to perm.
Job duties:- Schedule and complete all compliance bookings within legal timelines.
- Allocate drivers across our two-man crew network and general haulage operations.
- Monitor and record daily driver KPIs to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Maintain regular communication with drivers to ensure task completion and legal driving compliance.
- Support the team in adapting to new contracts and customer requirements.
- Provide a high level of customer service through dynamic and flexible logistical support.
- Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understands transport compliance, planning, and logistics operations.
- Thrives in a dynamic environment and is quick to adapt to new challenges.
- Embraces diversity and enjoys working with people from different backgrounds.
- Is committed to ongoing learning and skill development.
Temporary to permanent position.
