Warehouse Co Ordinator; Temporary

Position: Warehouse Co Ordinator (Temporary)
Warehouse Co-ordinator.
Reporting directly to the Warehouse Controller, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the smooth and efficient operation of the warehouse, ensuring that departmental activities meet and exceed both customer and business expectations.
The ideal candidate will have relevant experience and be able to demonstrate the following skills and competencies:

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); full training will be provided on the site-specific system
Sound operational knowledge
Strong numeracy and literacy skills
Results- and target-driven approach
Flexible and adaptable work ethic
Ability to use initiative and work independently
Self-motivated with a high level of attention to detail
Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong workload prioritisation skills

This role is based on a Monday to Friday schedule, 10:00am to 6:30pm. Due to operational requirements, flexibility is essential, and overtime beyond 6:30pm may be required to ensure outbound workloads are completed. The position requires a balanced approach, combining administrative and computer-based responsibilities with hands-on, physical warehouse duties. Reliable attendance is critical, given the size and structure of the team.
