FLT Driver / Warehouse Operative – Daventry, Northamptonshire People Solutions are currently recruiting for a FLT Driver / Warehouse Operative to join our well-established client based in Daventry, Northamptonshire. This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent hourly rates, stable shifts, weekly pay and genuine long-term opportunities within a busy warehouse environment. This would suit applicants who have worked as an Forklift Driver, FLT Driver, Order Picker, Warehouse Associate or General Operative.

Rates of Pay: £14.01 per hour Shift Pattern:
Monday to Friday 07:00 – 15:30 or 09:00 – 17:30 (Flexibility needed) Benefits:

Some heavy lifting involved up to 24kg Moving, storing and organising stock within the warehouse Ensuring all products are stored safely and correctly Following all health and safety procedures at all times Essential

Skills:

To be successful as a FLT Driver / Warehouse Operative , you will need:
Previous warehouse experience Counterbalance FLT Licence with experience A basic level of English, both spoken and written Good attention to detail Reliability and strong timekeeping skills Good communication skills The ability to work independently and as part of a team A positive and proactive attitude The ability to undertake manual handling duties Training:
