What You Will Do- We are looking for a Financial Analyst, Employee Benefits who would be part of our Global Benefits team. This person would practice in the areas of Employee Benefits and provide broader support to the Total Rewards Teams as follows:
- Manage the U.S. Health & Welfare data warehouse with Merative and direct data analytics to identify and report on trends, concerns and opportunities.
- Work with U.S. Benefits Leader to manage underwriting efforts to develop equivalent premium rates, COBRA rates, and employee contribution rates for our self-insured benefit offerings.
- Oversee the U.S. Health & Welfare annual operating plan (AOP) guidance and budget process.
- Manage the U.S. and Global Benefits’ vendor’s financial/billing processes including purchase order creation, invoice reviews/approvals and cost center allocations in partnership with HR Finance.
- Manage the Total Rewards end-to-end budget processes, including monthly accrual processes and milestone financial forecast updates.
- Provide financial and quantitative analytics in support Global Benefits and Total Rewards initiatives, including financial modeling in support of potential benefit design changes, as well as vendor contracting and billing, and assessment of program ROI.
- Provide analytic support for global Wellness offerings and assessment, including development of program measurement and tracking protocols utilizing the Wellness employee engagement platform.
- 5+ years of benefits, finance and/or analytics related experience.
- Healthcare experience strongly preferred.
- Bachelor degree required.
Excellent quantitative and analytics skills. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing multiple priorities while consistently meeting aggressive and time-sensitive deadlines.
- Must be a proactive, forward-thinking and demonstrate initiative.
- Must be able to work in a team-oriented and fun but fast-paced environment.
Base Pay Range: $75,000 to $85,000
