Job Title:
Marketing Program Manager

Duration: 12+ Months (could extend further)

• Research market pricing conditions in local and regional areas to determine consumer HVAC pricing.
• Gather information on dealers, marketing methods, and pricing strategies.

• Strong verbal and written communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Experience in developing marketing and pricing strategies.

• Advise the business on local and national factors affecting product and service pricing.
• Develop pricing strategies that balance company objectives with customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate activities and policies to understand consumer pricing market characteristics and markup factors, working with cross-functional teams.

Education/

Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, marketing, or equivalent training.
• 10+ years of related experience.
