Responsible for providing outstanding support to clients through phone and email. Tasks include handling inquiries, managing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely follow-ups.

• Address customer inquiries quickly and professionally via phone and email
• Accurately handle and process customer orders
• Ensure issues are resolved and customers are satisfied through follow-up communication
• Investigate and resolve customer issues as needed
• Work with internal teams to handle complex requests
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent at customer service and problem-solving
• Detail-oriented with multitasking and prioritization skills
• Basic proficiency in computer applications and email
