Why this role matters Accurate models become safe, efficient installations. Join our Piping Division in Charlotte, NC to turn design intent into coordinated, constructible reality. We’re hiring at two levels:
Senior BIM Engineer (lead coordination) and Entry-Level BIM Engineer (learn, contribute, grow).

• Create and maintain high-fidelity 3D piping models in Revit.
• Produce fabrication-ready shop drawings aligned with field and prefabrication workflows.
• Drive clash detection and multi-trade coordination to eliminate conflicts before installation.
• Coach junior modelers and conduct quality reviews for accuracy and buildability.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to meet schedule and deliverables.

• BIM/mechanical piping design experience: 2–5 years.
• Autodesk Revit fluency.
• Bonus tools:
  Fabrication CADmep or Plant 3D.
• Working knowledge of mechanical systems and fabrication processes.
• Excellent communication and coordination with shop and field teams.
• Local to Charlotte, NC (or willing to relocate).

• Shorten schedules and reduce rework through proactive coordination.
• Elevate team capability by mentoring and setting quality standards.
