We are seeking a visionary and results-oriented individual to lead our Americas Finance Analytics organization. As the Leader, you will play a critical role in driving our data-driven decision-making culture, enabling the organization to extract insights and develop strategies that align with our business objectives. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will guide and empower your team to deliver innovative and impactful analytics solutions.

Where is the work: This position will be located in Davidson, NC and the individual will work our Standard Schedule - 4 days in office, 1-day flexible work location. We value our employees' ability to thrive both at work and at home through a work arrangement that supports collaboration, productivity, well being and flexibility.

What You Will Do

• Leadership and Team Management:
  • Lead, inspire, and manage a high-performing team consisting of Analytics and Data Science professionals.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, ensuring effective communication, and promoting professional development.
  • Set goals and expectations, conduct performance evaluations, and initiate career development programs for team members.
• Analytics Strategy and Data Science:
  • Partner with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, to define and refine Finance analytics strategies that align to delivering on business objectives.
  • Oversee the development of advanced analytical models and solutions to drive insights, uncover patterns, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Drive the adoption and leverage of appropriate tools, technologies, and best practices to enhance analytics capabilities within Finance.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements to enhance data delivery efficiency and quality.
  • Create strategy for automation in Finance Analytics
• Strategy and Product Ownership:
  • Collaborate with BU finance and cross-functional teams in the region to identify and prioritize strategic initiatives, analytics roadmaps, and how goals align to business objectives.
  • Oversee the execution of strategic projects from ideation to implementation, ensuring alignment with overall company goals and objectives.
