House of Harley-Davidson is HIRING NOW for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our team. This is a part-time position, but we’re open to offering 32+ hours/week in-season for the right individual! You’ll support a wide range of marketing efforts—from social media and graphic design to event promotion and content creation—while working across all departments to help bring the Harley-Davidson brand to life.

Job Description

Assist with the planning and roll‑out of digital, print, and social media campaigns that celebrate Harley‑Davidson’s legacy and lifestyle. Design and refine graphics for web, social channels, email blasts, and in‑store displays using Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools.

Responsibilities
  • Campaign Execution:
    Assist with the planning and roll‑out of digital, print, and social media campaigns that celebrate Harley‑Davidson’s legacy and lifestyle.
  • Graphic Creation & Editing:
    Design and refine graphics for web, social channels, email blasts, and in‑store displays using Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools.
  • Vendor & Partner

    Collaboration:

    Coordinate with external vendors, local businesses, third‑party agencies, and internal teams to keep projects on track and on brand.
  • Photography & Video Support:
    Capture compelling lifestyle and product photos; assist with video editing (Cap Cut, InShot, or similar) to produce engaging short‑form content.
  • Event Promotion:
    Help market and support dealership events—our flagship Homecoming Rally, in‑store promotions, group rides, and seasonal activations.
  • Cross‑Departmental Campaign Support:
    Work alongside Sales, Rentals, Apparel & Licensing, Service, and Parts & Accessories teams to tailor marketing materials and drive cohesive messaging.
Requirements
  • Motorcycle & Marketing Enthusiasm: A genuine passion for the Harley‑Davidson brand, motorcycles, creative marketing—or ideally, both.
  • Design Proficiency:
    Strong graphic design skills with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent platforms.
  • Photography & Editing

    Experience:

    Hands‑on experience shooting product/lifestyle images and familiarity with editing tools.
  • Video Editing Know‑How:
    Comfort with short‑form video tools such as Cap Cut, InShot, or similar apps.
  • Collaborative Communication:
    Ability to work cross‑functionally and communicate clearly and professionally with internal staff and external partners.
  • Event‑Ready Flexibility:
    Willingness to work occasional Saturdays to support dealership events and promotions.
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license with good driving record
