You'll engage with high-quality online leads, manage your sales pipeline through CRM tools, and create a premium buying experience both online and in the showroom.

Engage with customers and guide them through the motorcycle buying journey—from first glance to final purchase, using phone, text, email, social media and CRM follow-up while delivering a world-class buying experience

• $55,000 - $100,000+ per year, uncapped commission, monthly AND performance bonuses!

• Engage with customers and guide them through the motorcycle buying journey—from first glance to final purchase, using phone, text, email, social media and CRM follow-up while delivering a world-class buying experience
• Build strong relationships with customers through consistent communication, product knowledge, and professional follow-up
• Collaborate with Finance, Service, and Parts departments to ensure a seamless customer journey and exceptional post-sale experience
• Maintain a thorough understanding of Harley-Davidson motorcycles, gear, and accessories to confidently guide customers through the buying process

• Successful sales experience is required. Motorcycle, powersports, or automotive sales experience is strongly preferred
• Strong technical aptitude with proven ability to manage digital leads, use CRM systems effectively, and communicate confidently across multiple platforms (phone, text, email, social media)
• Self-motivated, competitive, and driven to exceed goals while delivering the legendary Harley-Davidson customer experience
• A motorcycle license and riding experience are preferred but not required
