Fort Thunder Harley-Davidson
, a subsidiary of Ride Now, is on the lookout for a Parts Manager to oversee and direct the operation of the dealership’s Parts Department, which sells motorcycle, ATV, and watercraft parts and accessories. If you are a powersports enthusiast, love to sell, and are a strong coach and leader, we want to talk to you!
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing parts team focused on delivering superior customer service and achieving sales goals.
- Drive revenue through effective inventory planning, pricing strategies, and team sales performance.
- Set and achieve monthly and annual sales targets; monitor gross margins and departmental profitability. Optimize inventory levels to balance availability and cost-efficiency, in coordination with the General Manager.
- Partner with the service department to ensure technician needs are met quickly and efficiently.
- Stay up to date on the latest parts, accessories, and powersports industry trends.
- Collaborate with other department heads to streamline communication and maximize the overall dealership experience
