Insurance Account Manager

Fortitude Insurance is a boutique insurance agency specializing in the commercial auto industry. We work with clients who need coverage built around how their business actually operates. We're growing quickly and looking for an Account Manager who will take ownership of their book of business and genuinely care about getting things right for our clients.

The Role

You'll manage a portfolio of large commercial auto and general accounts. This role is a good fit for someone who likes building long-term client relationships and staying ahead of their accounts' needs, not just reacting to requests as they come in. You are passionate about service, and are all in, all the time.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, primarily trucking risks
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Provide responsive, high-quality service and resolve client questions and concerns
• Review policies and recommend coverage changes or enhancements
• Support clients through the claims process from start to resolution
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and renewal documents
• Conduct regular policy reviews to confirm coverage still fits each client's needs

What we're looking for:

• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and carriers
• Experience with AMS
  360 and Insured Mine CRM systems and a track record of strong client satisfaction
• Clear, confident communication with clients and internal teams
• Solid problem-solving skills and good judgment under pressure
