Prepare daily work schedules and receive or prepare work orders.

Oversee communications within assigned areas.

Monitor personnel or equipment locations and utilization to coordinate schedules.

Maintain records of dispatch information.

Determine equipment, vehicle, materials, or personnel needs based on work orders.

* Qualifications:

Compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Previous dispatch, traffic, or field service scheduling experience.

** Knowledge:**

Administrative and clerical procedures and systems.
English language structure, spelling, and grammar.
