This role has a minimum base pay from $15.00 per hour with higher starting pay available based on experience.

Purpose

As a warehouse associate at Floor & Decor, you are the backbone of our retail location. Your key responsibilities will include compiling orders, replenishing, and moving merchandise on the sales floor or to customers' vehicles. You will check inventory and orders, interact with customers, and operate equipment like forklifts. If you are friendly, organized, hardworking, and thrive in a warehouse environment, Floor & Decor is the place for you.

Essential Job Functions

• Demonstrate understanding of and compliance with safety processes.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy.
• Provide exceptional customer service and exceed expectations.
• Work in accordance with the company’s core values.
• Restock the show floor with products.
• Organize merchandise for easy shopping.
• Load products for customers.
• Assist customers in finding products and answering questions.
• Support other store areas as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.

Minimum Eligibility Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Basic math skills.
• Warehouse experience.
• Customer service experience.
• Experience with heavy machinery (preferred but not required).
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Forklift certification through F&D.
• Passing a drug test where required by law for heavy equipment operation.

Working Conditions

• Occasional exposure to warehouse environment and moving vehicles. Noise level is typically quiet to moderate.

Physical/Sensory Requirements

• Lift 30–60 pounds occasionally, and 20–30 pounds frequently.
• Use hands and fingers frequently, stand, walk, reach, climb, balance, and kneel regularly.

Store Hours:
Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM;
Saturday 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM;
Sunday 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
