Executive Assistant (3-Month Contract)
Location:
Redwood City, CA (in-office) Contract Duration:3 Months Pay Range:$35–$45 per hour(based on experience)
** About the Role** :
Grey Orange is seeking a highly organized and proactive
Executive Assistant to supportfour senior executives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at multitasking, and can manage high-volume executive operations with professionalism and confidentiality.
** What You’ll Need
** 1.
** 5+ years
** of experience in an administrative or executive support role.
2. Prior experience supporting
** C-suite leaders**(CEO, CTO, SVP, etc.).3. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills.
4. Excellent time management, prioritization, and multitasking capabilities.
5. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
** Key Responsibilities Scheduling & Calendar Management
*** Strategically manage complex calendars for multiple executives.
* Plan and organize internal/external meetings, events, and activities.
* Navigate shifting priorities and resolve scheduling conflicts proactively.
* Coordinate and prepare materials for staff and leadership meetings.
** Travel Coordination
*** Prepare detailed travel itineraries, meeting agendas, and documentation.
* Manage logistics for travel, accommodation, and on-site/off-site engagements.
* Ensure executives are fully equipped for travel-related business meetings.
