Staff for adults with developmental and physical disabilities (Full time & Part time jobs offered with possible supervisory positions DOE)

Note:

Each individual client's needs are different. The below are some examples of duties that may or may not be required depending on the client's needs.

• Personal Care Assistance:
  Provide assistance with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Medication Management:
  Medication reminders as prescribed and maintain accurate medication records.
• Supportive Services:
  Offer emotional support, companionship, and active listening to clients.
• Educate:
  Educate/teach clients how to live more independently.
• Community Integration:
  Facilitate community outings, employment, social activities, and opportunities for skill-building and personal growth.
• Documentation:
  Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of clients progress, care plans, and incidents.
• Safety:
  Ensure the safety and well-being of client by identifying and addressing potential hazards and reporting any concerns promptly.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and problem-solve effectively.
• Understanding of person-centered care principles.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and required training.
• Must have valid drivers license, reliable vehicle, current registration and insurance.
• No experience required!! We will train you.
