** Pay Range:**$16.50-$23.00
** Job Summary
** We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas within our establishment. This position requires a strong commitment to providing exceptional service and ensuring that guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
** Responsibilities
* ** Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas, ensuring all surfaces are spotless.
* Perform floor care duties such as vacuuming, mopping, and polishing to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
* Replace linens, towels, and toiletries as needed, ensuring that all supplies are adequately stocked.
* Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
* Assist in the cleaning of public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
* Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitation to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests in a timely manner.
** Requirements
* ** Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial roles is preferred; hotel experience is a plus.
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
* Knowledge of cleaning techniques and products used in industrial cleaning or custodial work.
* Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
* Strong communication skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
