** Pay Range:**$16.50-$23.50
** Overview
* * We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Night Auditor to join our team. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the night shift. The Night Auditor will be responsible for managing front desk operations, conducting nightly audits, and providing exceptional customer service to our guests. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management and possess excellent communication skills.
** Responsibilities
* ** Perform nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reporting.
* Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs.
* Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
* Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and transactions.
* Provide exceptional customer service to enhance guest satisfaction.
* Handle multi-line phone systems effectively, ensuring professional phone etiquette.
* Assist with guest services, including reservations and information about hotel amenities.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
** Skills
* ** Strong background in hospitality management and hotel experience is preferred.
* Proficiency in night audit procedures and front desk operations.
* Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
* Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
* Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and professional phone etiquette.
* Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining attention to detail.
