You will deploy, secure, and refresh Windows and macOS devices using Intune, Autopilot, Big Fix and JAMF, and manage AD/Entra incident documentation in Service Now.
You will participate in short and long-term IT projects, support lab instruments and research equipment, and ensure compliance with campus security policies.
