Associate Attorney

Victorium Legal Inc. is seeking a
skilled and driven Attorney
with a minimum of two years of experience to join our dynamic and expanding team.

This role offers the opportunity to work across a diverse docket, with a primary focus on probate, estate and trusts, real estate, business law, and tax controversy (litigation and audits).

This position is ideal for an attorney seeking a platform to refine their advocacy skills, expand their expertise across multiple practice areas, and contribute to the continued growth of a boutique firm committed to excellence.

• Salary Scale $130,000 - $160,000 (Position posted will start at $135,000 with bonus option)

• Leading case strategy and execution, from pleadings through resolution or trial.
• Handling complex motion practice, including drafting and arguing dispositive and procedural motions.
• Managing all aspects of discovery, including depositions, written discovery, and expert coordination.
• Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, providing strategic counsel, and maintaining strong relationships.
• Mentoring junior attorneys, paralegals, and staff to ensure quality work product and professional growth.
• Collaborating with firm leadership on case strategy, practice development, and business growth initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in the California State Bar in good standing.
• Minimum of1-2 years of experience in probate and business law
  , with exposure to estate/trust planning, real estate, or tax controversy considered a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to
  handle cases independently
  , including drafting and arguing motions, managing discovery, and appearing in court.
• Strong
  oral advocacy and legal writing skills
  , with proven success in high-stakes or complex matters.
• Exceptional
  client relationship management skills
  , with the ability to build trust and provide strategic counsel.
• Experience mentoring junior attorneys or staff preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a
  fast-paced, collaborative boutique firm environment
  with a growth-oriented mindset.
