Individual associate hourly rates are based on factors including experience, location, and length of employment.

The bread mixer's primary responsibilities include mixing and preparing hundreds of hand‑formed artisan breads each shift. Tasks involve prepping produce and deli products for bakery items; mixing and scaling ingredients; benching dough; loading carts and racks with product; lifting and stacking flour; and operating all kitchen machinery including ovens, proofers, mixers and dough dividers while maintaining a clean, sanitary and attractive work environment.

In addition, the mixer assists bakery clerks and provides world‑class service to guests as needed.

• At least 18 years of age
• Possess basic math skills
• Physical ability to mix hundreds of pounds of dough and form loaves
• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds
• Intermediate product knowledge of temperature, chemical reactions, and bakery products
• Basic understanding of English, including communication and reading basic instructions, schedules and signage
• Passion for consistently producing great products
• Positive attitude
