** What You'll Be Doing
*** Operate a front-end loader to feed raw materials into the plant efficiently and safely
* Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
* Maintain a clean and organized work area around the pit and loading zones
* Communicate with team members to ensure continuous material flow
* Follow all safety procedures and environmental regulations

*** Proven ability to operate heavy equipment safely and effectively
