Advocates of guest experience who welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations by focusing on guest interaction, loyalty enrollment and store cleanliness. Advocates of both in-store and digital services and solutions who are knowledgeable about capabilities and features that drive adoption and ultimately guest loyalty. Empowered to make shopping quick and easy for guests at the check lanes, guest services, gift registry, pick-up and drive up while ensuring exceptional quality.

• Communicating and interacting with guests to build a welcoming guest experience
• Blending problem solving and decision making to positively impact the guest experience and resolve guest concerns
• Adapting to different guest interactions and situations
• Promoting and engaging around various benefits, offerings and services

• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests while completing daily tasks
• Engage with guests to understand and solve their specific needs
• Inform guests about current promos, store activities and events
• Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services available in the total store, and specific to your area
• Help guests with Target Loyalty program benefits and sign-up as needed
• Scan and bag guest items efficiently, accurately and in compliance with safety standards
• Work to minimize guest wait time while maintaining service and accuracy
• Explain and assist with Target App features and offerings, including Wallet
• Know how to direct guests to Order Pick-Up, Drive Up and online ordering, and help them enroll or use these features
• Process returns per policy and escalate to Leaders as needed
• Maintain a clean, clutter-free work area and assist with stocking during store hours
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety and compliance
• Work safely; comply with safety policies and training; report hazards
• Support guest services such as order pick up, Drive-Up orders, and related duties with compliance to laws
• All other duties based on business needs
