We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Center Store Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining the organization and efficiency of our retail environment. This position involves managing inventory, stocking shelves, and ensuring that products are readily available for customers. A successful Center Store Specialist will demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to perform heavy lifting as needed.

• Efficiently stock shelves with merchandise, ensuring that products are displayed neatly and attractively.
• Maintain accurate inventory control by monitoring stock levels and reporting discrepancies.
• Utilize equipment such as pallet jacks to move heavy items safely throughout the store.
• Assist in the organization of backroom inventory to facilitate easy access and restocking.
• Collaborate with the Center Store Manager to ensure that product availability meets customer demand.
• Perform regular checks on product expiration dates and remove outdated items from shelves.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and assisting customers as needed.

• Previous experience in retail sales or inventory management is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for effective stock management.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting, including lifting items up to 50 pounds.
• Familiarity with using pallet jacks and forklifts is a plus; training may be provided for qualified candidates.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and assist customers.
• A proactive approach to maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
