In this position, you will meet with homeowners to discuss their outdoor living needs, help bring their vision to life by providing options for their space, estimating project costs, and offering personalized design possibilities.

• Nearly unlimited earning potential (top performers hitting $200k+ in income).

• Make initial contact with clients via company generated appointments and build rapport.
• Accurately uncover customers’ needs and vision for their outdoor space.
• Measure outdoor spaces and design personalized solutions.
• Maintain a homeowner‑centric focus that prioritizes service and satisfaction.
• Work closely with the construction to provide a seamless customer experience.
• Utilize company technology platforms for designing projects, submitting contracts, etc.
• Generate leads in your personal pipeline in tandem with the company leads.

• Previous successful sales experience or strong interest in kickstarting a sales career.
• Comfortable using basic office programs and eager to learn new technology.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and meet driving insurance guidelines.
• Construction experience is a plus.
• Passion for home improvement or prior experience providing high‑level customer service (e.g., windows, bathrooms/kitchens, solar, hospitality, auto sales, real estate).
